my ipod kept freezing so i reset it and it erased everything most of which isnt on my fucking computer so its gone for good why cant it just do whats its fucking supposed to and play music and not fucking freeze

How fucked up a device can be? I opened mine up to clean under the buttons (30GB Ipod Video) and When I put it back together the fucking buttons stopped working. WHAT THE FUCK???? WHO THE FUCK NEEDS THIS SHIT? DIE APPLE DIE! And then u call the damn help line and they WILL NOT do shit, they want you to just "buy another one" like spending 200 something bucks on a piece of junk they manufacture for 20 bucks is a walk in the park for 99% of the population.
