Piece of shit iTunes constantly asks if I want to upgrade, even though I've told it DOZENS of times that I don't want it to ask me ever again.

Piece-of-shit iPod won't play a few MP3s, even when I can play it through iTunes, WinAmp, Windows Mediaplayer, otehr MP3 players, etc. But not my shiny Piece-of-shit iPod.

Why did I ever get this Piece-of-shit iPod?
